We service the Auckland area – from Whangaparoa down to Pukekohe.
What brand of air conditioning do you offer?
We offer Carrier, Panasonic, and Toshiba as our main brands, but we are able to source other brands if you would like.
Should there be water coming from the outdoor unit?
This is normal heat pump condensation that is produced in the pump while heating/cooling. We aim to align the drainage location of the condensation in a suitable non-intrusive location.
My heat pump isn’t heating or cooling?
Ensure the heat pump is in the correct cooling/heating mode. Then, near the outdoor unit, turn the isolator switch to “OFF” for 5-10 minutes and then re-engage the unit. *Please give the unit sufficient time to switch between heating and cooling modes, especially in winter it can take some time before your unit starts producing heat and the outdoor unit has to work significantly harder to bring the air up to heat.
